Shara Mason

Shara Mason is a seasoned Treasury Management Officer with over 12 years of experience in cash management and financial services. Throughout her career at JPMorgan, Shara has held various roles, cultivating deep expertise in Treasury Sales and Compliance. In 2022, Shara expanded her professional scope by joining Amazon as a corporate practitioner, where she successfully managed the company’s global cash pooling program. Her leadership resulted in the consolidation of more than $1.2 billion in standalone cash balances within two years, spanning multiple regions. Returning to JPMorgan in 2024, Shara now provides strategic consulting to clients in the nonprofit, healthcare and higher education sectors. In 2025, she earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation, a globally recognized credential administered by the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), signifying excellence and competency in the treasury field. Shara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. Professionally, she partners with mission-based organizations, but personally, she prides herself on doing her part to make the world a better place. She has been surrounded by powerful women throughout her career and in her own family-- their stories of pain and perseverance always inspired her to keep going in spite of obstacles. Shara completed her due diligence on Unchained At Last and was moved by Fraidy's story of resilience and triumph leading to the founding of the first survivor-led nonprofit dedicated to ending forced and child marriage in the United States.
